Since Windows OS comes with different versions, you should know for sure which version of your PC. It is because each version has a slight difference of the Settings. Read and follow the steps below thoroughly:

1. Press on the Start menu and go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off.

2. Uncheck Hyper-V in Windows features, and click OK.

Please pay attention to the version of Windows below. Look at the image to see which features you should uncheck.
