It’s pretty hard to say which one is better, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Both of them have an excellent audio and video qualities. They have all the basic needs for conducting online meeting. They support various devices and are easy to use.

However, they have different numbers of apps that they are integrated with. You need to take a look at this before you decide to download the app. If you are relying your task on Google apps, rather than Microsoft products, we could say that Google Meet is the best for you and vice versa.
